Creating Challenge Day 4 - Effortless Alignment
One of my favorite values is called "Effortless Alignment." I experienced this today! I co-led a one day training with a team of 4 people where it felt effortless, easy, joy-filled, and rich with meaning and content. As a team we were aligned about the content, the process and the delivery. Wow! I'll take 361 more days of "Effortless Alignment", Jack!

Love it! So glad you got to experience that! Sounds as if you were a company of people and perhaps got to design it too!
ReplyDeleteYes, we were a small team of people who got to design and implement a one day training for a small team of people on the Immanuel Approach to prayer facilitation. I had so much fun I was flying high at the end of the day.
